"Live your life each day as you would climb a mountain. An occasional glance towards the summit keeps the goal in mind, but many beautiful scenes are to be observed from each new vantage point."
~ Harold B. Melchart
I'm a traditional Colorado native, someone who loves the outdoors, being active, and I appreciate drinking some of the best tap water the United States has to offer. My passions in life are family, sports, games, good food and my dogs. After a year away playing college basketball I moved back home to help take care of my grandparents and work in my family's business. In 2009 I made the life changing decision to pursue and earn my yoga teaching certification. Teaching yoga quickly became a part of who I was. When my husband and I moved to Fort Collins in 2010 I found myself at home teaching yoga at several locally owned studios and working at the renowned Lucile's Creole Cafe. Fives years into our life in Fort Collins I decided I wanted to take my teaching off the mat and into the classroom.
